Shipping conditions

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We charge one flat shipping rate of €40.00 per order, worldwide – insured parcel shipping to every country. Shipping is added once per order, regardless of how many items you order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs that are not within our control may arise, such as customs duties, import taxes or money transfer fees (bank transfer or exchange rate fees). These are payable by you to the responsible customs or tax authorities, not to us.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 5–7 working days, within Europe within 7–10 working days and to all other countries within 10–21 working days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed: after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in one combined consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Items that are made to order (e.g. clubsport braces, rear bars, made-to-measure floor mats and carpets) have a delivery time of approx. 10–21 days.

Payment

The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. The available payment methods are shown at checkout; unless stated otherwise for an individual payment method, payment is due immediately.
